Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these items are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

German law provides for a 14-day statutory withdrawal period and requires a clear declaration of withdrawal; sending that declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless another method has expressly been agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. These refund rules follow § 357 BGB.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We do not provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Under § 357(5) BGB, consumers may be required to bear the direct cost of returning goods where they have been properly informed of this obligation.

Loss in Value

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, items returned under our voluntary return policy must:

  be in their original condition;
  
• 
  not have been washed, damaged or altered;
  
• 
  have the original tags attached where applicable; and
  
• 
  where reasonably possible, be returned in the original packaging.
  

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs under our voluntary 30-day return policy must also be paid by the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we have received and inspected your return, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict or affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.
